The Duck ID account system is currently experiencing a partial outage:
Any student/employee who had their student/employee record in Banner first activated on 3/31 (and forward) is unable to claim their new account.
Any existing account that had other Banner data change, such as a legal name change or additional job information added, will not see this reflected on their Duck ID account yet.
Information Services staff have escalated this issue to our Duck ID system vendor. As of 5pm, the vendor had found the cause of the issue, but resolution is still pending. Next expected update will be Thursday, April 3 by noon.
