The Duck ID account system is currently experiencing a partial outage:

  • Any student/employee who had their student/employee record in Banner first activated on 3/31 (and forward) is unable to claim their new account.
  • Any existing account that had other Banner data change, such as a legal name change or additional job information added, will not see this reflected on their Duck ID account yet.

Information Services staff have escalated this issue to our Duck ID system vendor.

Service Description

Overview: 

The Duck ID management service provides users with the tools to manage their Duck ID (http://it.uoregon.edu/help/duckid/). The service includes the production application servers accessible at http://duckid.uoregon.edu, LDAP servers and databases.

Criteria for updating the service status

  • Accessibility of the homepage at https://duckid.uoregon.edu
  • The ability to login to this page and perform normal account management activities (view information, change password, etc.)
