Service Description
Overview:
The Duck ID management service provides users with the tools to manage their Duck ID (http://it.uoregon.edu/help/duckid/). The service includes the production application servers accessible at http://duckid.uoregon.edu, LDAP servers and databases.
Criteria for updating the service status
- Accessibility of the homepage at https://duckid.uoregon.edu
- The ability to login to this page and perform normal account management activities (view information, change password, etc.)
The issue previously reported with Duck ID Account Management for Firefox users has been resolved. Firefox may be used for login again.
