Overview

• This service consists of a self-service web application at service.uoregon.edu that is used by students, faculty, and staff to find and request technology help.
• This service is also used by IT support staff on campus to respond to IT service requests.

Criteria for updating the service status

The ability for a user to successfully log in and perform actions, such as submitting help requests, within the UO Service Portal at https://service.uoregon.edu.
