Microsoft Copilot with data protection is now available to everyone at the UO. Copilot is a generative AI tool, driven by the same engines as ChatGPT and DALL-E. In the protected version, your prompts are encrypted and won't be used to train the underlying AI model.

The widespread Microsoft outage reported on Monday, November 25 was resolved by Microsoft around 3:00am on Tuesday, November 26. Microsoft is now conducting a period of extended monitoring to ensure services remain stable. If you experience ongoing issues, please contact the Technology Service Desk.
