Voicemail for the legacy Avaya phone system experienced an extended unplanned outage today (Friday, Oct. 14) from about 6:00 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. Pacific Time. UO staff believe that voicemail messages left during that time have been lost. (Voicemail for Teams calling was unaffected by this outage.)

The Amazon Connect service has been reported as restored by Amazon at 10:59 a.m. The issue seemed to have been related to an API gateway outage in affecting Oregon only.
