• Cognos (Prod) is currently experiencing an unplanned outage. Users will see an error stating "AAA-AUT-0013 The user is already authenticated in all available namespaces" when attempting to log in. Staff are engaged and working on resolving the issue. 

• Cognos (Prod and Test) experienced an unplanned service outage this morning (Wednesday, January 3). If you see an "Internal Server Error," please relaunch Cognos in a private/incognito browser window.
• In addition, the data refresh for Student and Finance data wasn't completed until 9:30am today. We recommend rerunning any reports that require up-to-date data (through yesterday).
