AppWorx continues to have a problem with jobs appearing in be in progress even after they've finished running. UO staff will be consulting the vendor about this issue again this morning (Thursday, August 3).

As of about 10:30am Pacific Time today (Wednesday, August 2), UO staff believe AppWorx is functioning properly again. Earlier, we performed brief emergency maintenance to address some stuck jobs.

AppWorx will be briefly unavailable while UO staff restart the service. This brief emergency maintenance is being done to resolve lingering problem with jobs that appear to be stuck, regardless of actual completion status.

A handful of AppWorx jobs are stuck following a brief service outage this morning. UO staff are currently awaiting a response from the vendor about this. If we're unable to resolve the issue, we will contact the requestors for those stuck jobs directly.

AppWorx job queues are now running again. They were paused from about 1:30pm to 2:15pm Pacific Time today (Monday, July 17), during emergency downtime for Banner.
