Email replies to UO Service Portal tickets are working again as of 2:40pm today (Wednesday, February 1). Replies that had been backlogged since the problem started — yesterday (Tuesday, January 31) around 1:30pm — have now been processed. If you responded to a ticket during that time, your reply has only just now appeared in the ticket for technicians to see it. New email replies are also being handled like usual.
