On Thursday, February 13th, between approximately 10am - 2:30pm, Duo users were experiencing the following issues:

  • Unable to receive SMS passcodes or phone call verification methods.
  • Unable to access the Manage Devices screen, which is where you can add, update, or remove your registered devices.

  • For IT Pros with Duo Admin access: New logins to the admin panel are failing, but existing admin sessions may continue to work.

Duo has confirmed this issue is impacting all of their customers, and they're working to restore service.
